We LOVE St. Patricks Day! We had a great time celebrating the luck 'o the Irish and our wonderful Irish heritage. Everyone looked lovely in their green and enjoyed our dinner of Corned Beef and Cabbage. (thank you family fun magazine for the crock pot recipe) Dessert was shamrock cookies. My only regret of the day is that I don't have pictures... Darn it. But, I'm a big fan of Irish blessings, so here is one I found, short and sweet, but lovely none-the-less. Someday I will visit Ireland - my dream will come true! (positive thoughts produce positive results, right?!)

Sounds like an excellent Irish Day! I tried to do a green dinner and made pesto it backfired and gave us terrible heart burn. Not so luck'o the Irish... So glad you are blogin' away. Love your stories the kids are sooo cute. Your are right it is addictive.
Well . . . if you really want to go to Ireland you should do it now and with us! Last week I was looking at a site for a European airline and they were doing a special to fly to Dublin for 1 euro cent! Yes, that is a cent. With taxes and fees it is about 30 euro per person. We already had our plans for Amsterdam. Ireland was always a maybe for us because it is SO expensive but now it has been moved up on our list!
