Spring Break

Whew! Spring Break 2008! As I sit back and think about the past 4 days all I can say is "WHEW!" That was CRAZY! We went NON-STOP! We were completely changed the kids rooms (pictures to come) getting the kids new bunk beads. On Thursday we had a great time at the Dinosaur Museum at Thanksgiving Point - here the kids are saying "ROAR" with the little Triceratops. Afterwards we spent some time shopping for organization supplies at Ikea. Afterwards, The Mayan. The kids love watching the divers and Joseph has added "be a diver" onto his list of things he wants to be when he grows up.

Friday we went to the Aquarium where Joseph, yet again, was very unsure about this whole "petting the stingray" idea. Mahlia had no problem sticking her hand right in and feeling their slimy body glide right under her hand. Joseph's favorites were the jellyfish (Mommy's favorite too!) and the sharks. Mahlia loved the seahorses and the nemo fish. Jackson slept in the backpack - so his favorite was getting a nice long nap! Dad loved "petting" the starfish, sea cucumber and stingrays.

Jackson was such a trooper and had a great time being out and about on a family adventure. He's such a cutie pie and we just love him so much. Thanks baby Jackson for being such a good sport! Ü

I used to work at the Mayan when they first opened for about a year. Tell Joseph I have been up on those rocks and it's a little freaky looking down on the water.
