Springtime in Utah

I am so thankful for the sunshine we are experiencing! For the past two days, the weather has been simply splendid! Yesterday we went for a nice Sunday afternoon walk and Joseph even started complaining about being "sooo hot and thirsty". Thank you spring! We love you!!!!

This week we will enjoy some time as a family as Joseph is out of school for spring break. Maybe a trip to the Zoo? Dinosaur Museum? Aquarium? Who knows, all I can say is that today the sun is shining and my temperature gauge was reading 72 degrees. John even went for a run up Provo canyon on his lunch break. But, we are prepared as the weather man is saying possible rain/snow showers tomorrow or Wednesday... you never know how to dress during Springtime in Utah. As for today, "it's gonna be a bright, bright sunshiny day!"

What a GREAT Day! It was even 75 degrees in Logan today! I opened the windows in the house today and I had picked some violets from mom's lawn. That icky, stuffy winter smell is almost gone from my house! I even turned the AC on in the car when I went home for lunch! Now I hear it's going to snow in the next couple of days. Bummer. Oh, well, It won't be long and we will be complaining about the heat!

My friend just told me about $3.00 tickets to the Bees games on Monday nights! We are planning a trip to SL for Baseball and a huge multi-Family Home Evening! Spring MUST be here!

We went to the Aquarium yesterday and the kids had a great time. They also loved the warm weather. It better get warm again soon! (And I love the nod to the Brady Bunch song--sad enough, I have that CD!)

That pic of Joseph makes me laugh because that's how I've had to dress my kids. We're a little tired of the yo-yo weather too!
